We achieve this mission through simple, fast, and innovative equipment leasing solutions. This is not just a statement; it's the driving force behind everything we do.

About the role

We're looking for a product manager to help us figure out where Clicklease grows next. You'll find new

opportunities, test them against real customer evidence and hard numbers, and bring the strongest ones to our

executive team with a clear recommendation.

You'll run interviews, build models, write the documents, and present the results to senior leaders.

What you'll do

You'll look for new markets, customer segments, products, and business models where Clicklease could win,

and do the research to find out whether each one is worth pursuing. That means talking with customers and

partners, sizing markets from the bottom up, studying the competition, and building business cases that cover

pricing and go-to-market. When an idea looks promising but rests on guesses, you'll design a quick, inexpensive

test to settle the biggest open question before we invest more.

You'll work with partners across the company, including our data and analytics team, and you'll use AI and data

tools as a normal part of the job. When an idea is approved, you'll work with the broader product and tech team

to make it a reality.

What we're looking for

• 3 to 6 years of experience in product management, strategy, consulting, or a similar analytical role

• Experience talking with customers or users and turning what you hear into a clear recommendation

• Bottom-up market sizing and competitive analysis, built from real counts and prices

• Strong financial modeling skills, including scenarios and sensitivities, and the discipline to separate what's

measured from what's estimated or assumed

• Exposure to pricing or go-to-market work, and curiosity about what customers will actually pay

• Familiarity with experiment design, such as setting success criteria before a test runs

• Comfort using structured frameworks to compare options, and presenting recommendations to senior leaders

• Fluency with AI tools you use every day in your own work, with examples you can show us, plus the ability to

pull and shape your own data

• Interest in how lending and leasing businesses make money, and the ability to learn new business models

quickly

• Intellectual honesty, including a time you changed your mind or dropped an idea because the evidence said

to

• Clear, concise writing that leads with the recommendation

• The ability to learn quickly, take feedback well, and work through ambiguous problems on your own

Nice to have

• Experience in equipment finance, small business lending, or point-of-sale financing

• Go-to-market experience through dealers, distributors, or other partner channels

• A strategy consulting background

• Working SQL

• Experience shipping or designing an AI-assisted workflow or product

• Exposure to regulated industries, or to build, buy, or partner decisions
