About the role

• Culper Technology is seeking skilled System Engineers at all experience levels to join our growing team. As a System Engineer, you will collaborate closely with developers and customers to oversee the design, development, integration and deployment of complex systems. An active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required to be considered for this role. Must be a US citizen.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with experience in the following areas:

• Manage system requirements.
• Contribute to system engineering documentation.
• Assist in developing functional requirements. 
• Experience as Scrum Master for Agile software development team.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Generate alternative system concepts and design solutions.
• Define methods and criteria for verifying system compliance with requirements.
• Develop system designs that meet requirements and perform functional analysis.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience providing customer briefings and demos.
• Experience providing customer outreach and support.
