About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the post‑sales champion for our buy‑side customers, including hedge funds, mutual funds, and other asset managers. Your mission is to build deep partnerships with clients, guide them through onboarding and adoption, and ensure they get measurable impact from Daloopa’s solutions. You’ll learn the workflows of sophisticated investment teams, influence product usage, and play a key role in driving retention and expansion.

You’ll collaborate closely with a talented team sharing insights and best practices to deliver a consistent, exceptional client experience. You’ll work directly with your Manager to prioritize your accounts, refine processes, and elevate our customer success motion.

This role includes some onsite client meetings, primarily concentrated in New York City. Out of NY state travel will be limited and typically not required.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a book of buyside accounts (hedge funds, mutual funds, asset managers)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to users and client stakeholders to drive product adoption aligned with focused use-cases through renewal.
  • Identify churn risk and maintain healthy customer engagement levels by identifying low utilization and providing consultative solutions tailored for the financial ecosystem.
  • Partner with Account Executives to turn account insight into expansion pipeline and qualified leads for new products like Scout and the MCP integration.
  • Run quarterly business reviews that show clients the value they’re getting, in language they understand.
  • Interpret customer insights to drive change in product and act as Voice of Customer internally with Product and Operations
  • Become a product expert and keep customers informed on key updates and roadmap developments.

Who You Are

  • You have 3-5 years of experience running a CSM book, ideally in financial services or capital markets, and you understand equity research and analyst workflows.
  • You have prior experience as a CSM, ideally with financial technology or services customers preferably equity research analysts, data scientists, credit and risk teams, or anyone doing fundamental or historical data analysis.
  • You’re commercially minded: you see churn risk and expansion opportunity as two sides of the same account, not separate jobs.
  • You have a proven ability to stay organized and maintain data hygiene while managing a complex book of business. You have strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with senior decision-makers
  • You have the ability to operate with AI tools.

Success Looks Like

  • You’ll own outcomes across adoption, retention, and expansion, making a direct impact on Daloopa’s bottom line.
  • You’ll build a deep understanding of FinTech and investment workflows working with buy-side clients with speed, clarity, and precision.
  • Clients trust you enough to bring you into strategy conversations, not just support tickets.
  • You’ve turned account insight into at least one product or process improvement Daloopa has acted on.
