About The Role
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our Design Department. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the aesthetic and usability of our products, ensuring they meet high standards of design excellence. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively in an English-speaking environment, deliver innovative design solutions, and consistently push the boundaries of what is possible in design.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights and optimize the design process.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Qualifications
- Proven product design experience with a strong portfolio featuring design projects.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a Visual Arts subject.
