We are in search of an exceptional and professional Pharmacy Call Center Representative who will show up on time with a great attitude and a willingness to grow. Pharmacy Call Center Representatives are the backbone of any great compounding pharmacy and vitally important to keeping our pharmacy running smoothly. If you pride yourself in your customer service, have a superb work ethic, and would like to embark on an exciting and fulfilling pharmacy career with our exceptional team, we’d love to talk to you! Other qualifications we hope you have are:

• Must have a Pharmacy Assistant license from the state of WA
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Pharmacy Call Center Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive their medication on time and with care. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Assist pharmacists and technicians in processing prescriptions.
• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with outgoing patient communication
• Accepting patient payments and providing exceptional customer service
• Filing and retrieving various pharmacy records
• Preparing injection kits and printing inserts for prescriptions as needed or as assigned.
• Maintaining and cleaning assigned work areas and equipment as designated by supervisor
