As a Guest Experience & Reservations Sales Specialist you’ll be a true ambassador from that first phone call through to departure, making connections and ensuring lasting memories. 


This role combines a love of sales with a passion for service, designed for someone who thrives in a goal-oriented environment but never forgets the human on the other end of the line (or chat, or email). If you’re equal parts reservation whisperer and concierge extraordinaire, keep reading.


What You'll Do Includes:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across phone, email, SMS and online channels.
  • Proactively follow up to convert sales leads and concierge inquiries into bookings by tailoring recommendations to guest preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records for guests, requests, and modifications in the property management system (Track).
  • Proactively contact guests before arrival to offer concierge assistance, coordinate special requests and assist with transportation, dining, equipment rentals, spa, and activities.
  • Provide personalized local recommendations for Vail, Beaver Creek, Snowmass, Northstar, and Deer Valley.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Foster loyalty and repeat business through strong guest rapport.


Location: On-site, possible hybrid work from home

Start Date: September 1st, 2026

Employment Type: Full-Time, Year-Round

Pay Rate: $25 per hour, plus incentives and commissions

Schedule: 5 days per week with 2 consecutive days off. Shifts between the hours of 8:00am-7:30pm including weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate is guest-focused, organized, and proactive, with a passion for creating exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. They are collaborative, dependable, and solutions-oriented, remaining calm under pressure and approaching every interaction with professionalism and empathy. Experience with reservation, property management, or CRM systems, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a background in hospitality, tourism, or sales are preferred. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus.
