As an Exterior Day Porter at Riverfront Park, you will play an important role in keeping one of Denver's residential communities clean, and welcoming year-round. From maintaining sidewalks and outdoor spaces to tackling Colorado snow days, you will be part of the team residents rely on to keep their community looking its best.

This is an active, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes ownership of their work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. You will work with a variety of grounds and snow-removal equipment while helping create a well-maintained environment for residents, guests, and the community.

Job Details

Job Location: 1610 Little Raven Street, Denver, CO

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday-Monday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM; Tuesday-Thursday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Employment Status: Full-Time

Start Date: Immediately

Weather Coverage: Additional or adjusted hours may occasionally be required to support snow and ice removal based on weather and operational needs.

What You'll Do

·       Maintain sidewalks, walkways, driveways, planters, and other exterior areas to keep the community clean, safe, and welcoming.

·       Perform snow and ice removal using shovels, snow blowers, snow-removal equipment, and ice melt to maintain safe pedestrian areas.

·       Operate powered grounds equipment such as power washers, RTVs, leaf blowers, and other equipment needed for daily exterior maintenance.

·       Keep exterior areas clean by sweeping sidewalks, picking up trash and dog waste, replacing waste bags, and removing leaves and debris.

·       Power wash sidewalks and other exterior surfaces and assist with graffiti cleanup as needed.

·       Maintain and make minor repairs to tools, equipment, fences, benches, and other exterior property features.

·       Monitor outdoor areas throughout the day and proactively address maintenance, cleanliness, or safety concerns.

·       Communicate professionally with residents, guests, coworkers, and vendors while providing helpful, service-focused support.

·       Work safely and effectively outdoors in changing weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.

About You

You are dependable, hands-on, and take pride in keeping outdoor spaces looking their best. You notice what needs attention, are comfortable working independently, and bring a helpful, professional attitude to every interaction.

·       High school diploma or GED equivalent.

·       General maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, porter, or related hands-on experience strongly preferred.

·       Comfort using hand tools, power tools, landscaping equipment, and snow-removal equipment.

·       Ability to work on your feet throughout the day and walk between buildings and outdoor areas.

·       Ability to safely perform physical work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

·       Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing property needs.

·       Professional communication skills and a genuine desire to help residents, guests, and teammates.
