We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer Technician I to join our expert team, ensuring every system runs flawlessly and every guest and owner experience exceeds expectations. From maintaining cutting-edge building operations to delivering prompt, professional service, you’ll play a key role in keeping this iconic property at its best. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners, and employees
• Assist with preventative maintenance and daily facility checks, including boilers, pools, and fire systems
• Ensure all building systems and common areas are maintained in safe, efficient working order
• Collaborate with team members and contractors on repairs, improvements, and special projects
• Complete tasks on time while following Brand Standards and maintaining accurate work records

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $27/hour +, DOE. $1,000 hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and the second half after 90 days of employment. 

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm (4 ten hour shifts)

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma, trade school education, or equivalent
• Basic computer and math skills
• Experience using hand tools
• Proficiency in English
