About the role

The Warehouse Admin is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through administrative coordination, inventory tracking, data entry, and communication with internal teams and carriers. This role helps ensure accurate order processing, shipment documentation, inventory management, and timely resolution of operational issues while maintaining organized records and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Performs administrative activities associated with warehouse operations and the prevention of inventory shrink, including performing cycle counts.
  • Ensures that merchandise is received and stored in an efficient and economical manner; and maintains required records in conformance with company policy.
  • Prepares shipments of materials in accordance with company policy.
  • Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong email etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to work in conjunction with warehouse operations and support off-site leadership
  • Resolve inventory issues
  • Manage cart locking and unallocated orders
  • Perform bin moves
  • Provide excellent customer support and customer excellence

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

The pay range for this role is:

 $21.00 USD per hour
