Face Forward Aesthetics Career Opportunities

Vice President - Clinical and Field Operations

Lead Clinical Excellence. Drive Operational Performance. Build for Growth.

At Face Forward Aesthetics, we are building the next generation of medical aesthetics by bringing together exceptional clinical care, an elevated guest experience, and disciplined operational execution.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an accomplished healthcare operations executive to serve as our Vice President of Clinical and Field Operations. This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for translating strategy into consistent execution across our clinics while building the clinical and operational infrastructure required to scale.

This leader will oversee clinical and field operations across the organization and will be accountable for provider excellence, clinic performance, regulatory compliance, guest experience, and the development of high performing field leaders.

The ideal candidate brings the clinical credibility to effectively lead providers and the business acumen to drive performance across a multi-site healthcare organization.

What You Will Do

Lead Clinical and Field Operations

You will lead clinic operations across our markets, creating the operating discipline, standards, and accountability necessary to deliver consistent performance at scale.

You will standardize workflows, operating playbooks, policies, and execution rhythms while bringing clinical and operational leaders together around shared expectations and measurable outcomes. You will also serve as a senior escalation point for complex clinical, operational, and guest experience matters.

Elevate Provider Performance

You will create an environment where providers can deliver exceptional clinical outcomes while building productive and sustainable practices.

You will establish clear performance expectations, strengthen provider engagement and retention, and oversee clinical onboarding, training, competency validation, and documentation standards.

In partnership with our Chief Medical Officer and clinical education leaders, you will ensure clinical excellence and compliance while using productivity, utilization, rebooking, and other performance indicators to identify opportunities and intervene early when performance is off track.

Own the Guest Experience

You will have accountability for the end-to-end guest journey across our clinics, ensuring that our brand promise is consistently delivered in every market.

Working closely with Training and Marketing, you will help improve NPS, conversion, rebooking, and guest satisfaction while ensuring clinic environments and team member behaviors reflect our service standards.

Drive Financial and Operational Performance

This is not a traditional clinical leadership position. It is an operating leadership role with meaningful accountability for business performance.

You will own key operational and financial metrics across the clinics and drive improvements in profitability through labor optimization, scheduling efficiency, workflow improvement, and disciplined execution.

You will use data to identify performance opportunities and lead cross functional initiatives that improve the systems, tools, and processes required to scale the organization.

Protect Clinical Quality and Compliance

You will ensure adherence to applicable federal, state, and local clinical and operational requirements across our markets.

You will oversee audit readiness, compliance reviews, documentation standards, corrective action planning, and escalation of significant clinical or regulatory risks.

Build for Growth

You will help translate our growth strategy into operational reality.

Whether launching a new clinic, introducing a new service, or improving the performance of an existing market, you will ensure staffing, training, workflows, and operational readiness are in place to accelerate productivity without compromising clinical quality or guest experience.

Develop Exceptional Leaders

You will build and develop clinical and guest experience leaders across the organization, creating a strong leadership pipeline through coaching, mentoring, performance accountability, and succession planning.

You will partner closely with our People and Training teams to strengthen leader capability, retention, and organizational performance.

How We Will Measure Success

This role will have direct accountability for measurable business and clinical outcomes, including:

  • Revenue growth and clinic level profitability
  • Provider productivity and utilization
  • Rebooking and conversion
  • Net Promoter Score and guest satisfaction
  • Documentation accuracy and compliance
  • Labor efficiency
  • New clinic and service ramp performance
  • Leadership retention and bench strength
  • On-time and on-budget execution of strategic initiatives

What You Bring

We are looking for a leader who can move comfortably between the clinical environment, the operating metrics, and the executive table.

You bring:

  • 10 or more years of progressive leadership experience with responsibility for both clinical and operational teams
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site healthcare or clinical operations at scale
  • An active clinical background, with medical aesthetics experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk
  • Demonstrated ability to improve performance using metrics, systems, and standardized processes
  • Strong financial and operational acumen with the ability to connect clinic level activity to business results
  • Experience developing leaders and building accountability across geographically dispersed teams
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence effectively across clinical, operational, and corporate functions
  • The ability to lead through growth, change, and evolving organizational complexity
  • A master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Ability to travel regularly across our markets

The Leader Who Will Thrive Here

You are a strategic operator who believes that clinical excellence and business performance reinforce one another.

You are highly data driven but understand that sustainable results come through people. You establish clear expectations, develop strong leaders, make sound decisions, and create accountability without losing sight of the guest or provider experience.

Most importantly, you are comfortable building. You can enter an evolving organization, determine what needs to become more disciplined or scalable, and turn strategy into measurable execution. These characteristics directly reflect the leadership competencies established for the role.

Why Face Forward Aesthetics

This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on a growing medical aesthetics organization at an important stage in its evolution.

You will work alongside our Chief Operating Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and executive leadership team to shape how we operate, develop our providers, front-line teams and leaders, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and scale Face Forward for its next stage of growth.

If you are a clinical operations leader who combines healthcare credibility, operational discipline, financial acumen, and a passion for building high-performing teams, we would love to meet you.
