FIT 845 owns and operates multiple F45 Training and FS8 Pilates studios throughout the Seattle area. We're building a team that believes in accountability, continuous improvement, exceptional customer experiences, and helping people become the best version of themselves.

Your Mission

Respond quickly, build trust, help prospective members purchase a trial, book their first class, and ensure every lead receives an outstanding first experience.

Where You'll Work

This is a full-time, primarily in-person position based in one of our Seattle-area studios. 
 
Most of your day will be spent following up with leads, talking with prospective members by phone, text, and email, and managing your sales pipeline. Throughout the day, you'll also provide front desk coverage by welcoming members, checking guests into class, answering questions, and helping create an exceptional in-studio experience. 
 
If you're looking for a fully remote sales position, this probably isn't the right fit.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Comfortable talking on the phone throughout the day.

• Positive, coachable attitude.

• Retail, hospitality, fitness, or service experience is a plus.
