Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role combines clinical expertise with customer success responsibilities, serving as the vital link between our clinical users (doctors and nurses) and our AI development efforts.

The successful candidate will proactively engage with healthcare providers to gather and extract data, ensure complete and robust datasets for AI model development, maintain strong relationships with clinical accounts, and provide ongoing support for device implementation. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and possesses both clinical knowledge and technical adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for data collection used in AI model development efforts.
  • Proactively engage with clinical users (doctors and nurses) to gather, extract, and validate data for patient’s that used the Stream Platform.
  • Review and parse complex EHR records to extract, document, and label relevant clinical data and patient medical histories.
  • Utilize software platforms to gather, manage, and analyze clinical data.
  • Own and monitor user data collection and ongoing device performance, proactively following up with external users and internal teams to ensure timely data entry and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows for cohort development and data labeling
  • Develop documentation and processes to optimize data collection workflows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, or nursing qualifications
  • Comfortable working in clinical environments
  • Proactive, customer- and results-driven mindset with strong follow-through and ability to drive outcomes
  • High attention to detail, especially with complex clinical/medical data
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple accounts and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills both clinical and non-clinical teams
  • Experience with remote work and able to travel extensively throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and GCC
  • Technical adaptability and willingness to learn new software platforms
  • Proficient in Arabic and English

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in medical devices, digital health, or health tech
  • Experience working with patient data, EHR systems, and clinical chart review
