About the role

• We are hiring full-time on-site roles for Software Engineers in Aurora, Littleton, Boulder, and Colorado Springs. 
   
  Software Engineers at Four Sea Group can expect to work on mission critical software applications. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing new software applications as well as enhancing existing software solutions. Collaborating within cross-functional teams will also be a significant aspect of your role. 

Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field 
• At least 8+ years of experience in programming in the following: Java, C++, C, Python, Perl, Ruby, Rust 
• Ability to work independently and lead projects from conception to completion 
• Deep familiarity with DevOps practices and the ability to integrate development and operations for efficient deployment and monitoring 
• Proven experience with automated testing (unit tests, integration tests, and frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, Selenium) 
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience leading Agile teams 
• Strong understanding of advanced data structures and algorithms 
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to code quality and adherence to standards 
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, high-quality software projects 
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven track record of solving complex issues 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex technical information 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders 
• Flexibility and adaptability with a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements 

PREFERRED SKILLS 

• Comprehensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) 
• In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) 
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI) 
• Experience with microservices architecture, including design and implementation 
• Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior developers and peers 
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell 
• Extensive experience in a UNIX or Linux based development environment

                         ii.Experience with Ozone Widget Framework or similar toolsets is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $156,000.00 – $236,000.00 per year. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Four Sea Group, Inc. considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, key skills, and market conditions.
