About the role

Integrated Management Strategies (IMS) is an award-winning, fast-growing woman-owned small business in the Washington DC area, specializing in healthcare, technology, and management consulting. We are seeking an experienced Governance & Investment Review Board (IRB) Analyst to join our healthcare consulting practice. The role is fully remote within the US, with infrequent travel. Oversees the scheduling, documentation, and management of the IRBs, , governance training, and SharePoint repository to include development and maintenance of workflows required for FPAC governance support. Estimated two Governance/IRB Analysts.


What you'll do

  • Develops agendas, maintains the agenda backlog, drafts meeting minutes, tracks action item, and prepares other technical documentation.
  • Maintains Charters, Policies, Processes, Procedures, and Templates.
  • Facilitates Out-of-Cycle votes and coordination of budget reviews.
  • Supports business units in defining, compiling, and submitting IT budget requests.
  • Attends IRB meetings and tracks approved, denied, and on hold IT spend-items.
  • Reviews MS Excel reports from budgeting groups and compares multiple iterations of Spend Plan reports.
  • Maintains KPI reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal governance boards, USDA experience preferred
  • In depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and IT Governance-related disciplines.
  • Expertise with MS Office, governance documentation, and SharePoint administration.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to effectively work with multiple levels within an organization
  • Experience preparing high visibility, executive level presentation materials
