What You’ll Work On

Join our Digital Shipbuilding team and contribute immediately, working on:

  • Passenger, commercial, defence, offshore, and high-speed vessels
  • Green energy integration and next generation propulsion technologies
  • Aluminium, steel, and composite vessel structures
  • Advanced engineering analyses including:
  • FEA and structural assessment
  • Stability and seakeeping
  • Powering and performance prediction
  • Full life cycle design & assurance – a rare opportunity in the industry
  • You’ll be part of global projects and deliver world class solutions to a diverse, international client base.

 

Who We're Looking For

We want people who can hit the ground running – professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring both technical capability and initiative.

 

Required

  • Minimum 3 years of maritime industry experience. Naval Architects preferred; Mechanical/Structural engineers considered only with maritime experience
  • Degree in Naval Architecture or related Engineering discipline
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and confidence with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality

Preferred:

  • Experience with Maxsurf, ShipConstructor, Rhino, or FEA tools
  • Previous exposure to commercial, defence or high-speed vessel design
  • Ability to manage technical workload and priorities with minimal supervision
