Inked Brands is seeking a motivated and creative Junior Graphic Designer to support our Product Design team in developing beautiful products across our portfolio of brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their design career while learning the product development process from concept through production.
Working closely with Graphic Designers, Product Development, and Marketing teams, the Junior Graphic Designer will assist with creating artwork, patterns, mockups, production files, and product presentations while building technical and creative skills in a collaborative environment.
· Assist in designing artwork, patterns, typography, and layouts for gift, stationery, home décor, and lifestyle products.
· Create product mockups, line sheets, and presentation materials.
· Make revisions to artwork based on team feedback.
· Prepare production-ready files under the guidance of senior designers.
· Assist with product launches by organizing files and updating artwork.
· Support sample reviews and product revisions.
· Help maintain product specifications and artwork accuracy throughout development.
· Organize design files, templates, artwork archives, and Dropbox folders.
· Assist with maintaining accurate production documentation.
· Help prepare artwork for vendors and internal teams.
· Manage assigned tasks while meeting project deadlines.
· Research trends, color palettes, consumer preferences, and competitive products.
· Participate in brainstorming sessions and collection development.
· Support Marketing with product imagery and launch materials as needed.
· Contribute to and support a positive, creative, and collaborative culture.
· Continuously improve efficiency, communication, and work product.
· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
· Internship or 0–2 years of graphic design experience.
· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
· Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout.
· Passion for illustration, pattern design, and consumer products.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Willingness to learn new processes, software, and production methods.
· Communication– Works well within a collaborative team environment.
· Creativity– Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn while contributing creative ideas.
