Position Summary:
Step into a high-performance opportunity with IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical as an HVAC Installer, where your skills directly drive your income. You’ll install furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits and full systems, directly impacting revenue, customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Core Responsibilities:

• Install new furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, air conditioners and ductwork in a residential setting
• Install IAQ accessories and deliver clean, efficient, code-compliant installations on every job
• Educate customers on how to use and maintain their new equipment
• Work as part of an install team to complete jobs efficiently and accurately
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on all completed work
• Strictly follow all safety policies and procedures on every job site

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as an HVAC Installer
• Must provide own hand tools
• Must be able to handle a physical workload
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay Range: Clear Path to $160K Annually!

Compensation Breakdown:

• Hourly: $32–$52/hr
• Performance Bonuses (customer reviews and output)
• Top 3 Earners Make $130K–$160K Annually with Performance Pay Included!

Location: San Jose, CA

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday OR Monday–Saturday
• 9–12 Hour Shifts
• Weekend Availability
