About the Role

Jitsu is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to bring additional visibility, accuracy, and accountability to our go-to-market engine. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, you'll own a portfolio of analytics and reporting that directly informs how leadership manages pipeline, forecast, customer health, and sales compensation.

The role is built to scale with the right person. You'll start by owning core analytics and research deliverables, with the potential to take on leadership roles spearheading quality initiatives and setting reporting standards across the business. Executive exposure is high. You'll be presenting your analysis directly to executive leadership in the forums where pipeline, forecast, and customer health decisions get made.

What You'll Do

  • Client quality analysis: Monitor customer health signals, surface emerging risks, and build the analytical foundation for proactive account management.
  • Pipeline and forecasting: Build, validate, and improve revenue forecasts based on pipeline; reconcile actuals against expectations and explain the variances.
  • Variable compensation analysis: Support calculation, audit, and analysis of sales commissions and incentive payouts, and model the impact of plan changes.
  • Ad-hoc analytics and research: Take on ambiguous questions from Revenue, Finance, Operations, and the executive team with structured, data-driven analysis.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years in revenue operations, sales operations, finance, consulting, business analytics, or a closely related analytical role.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; can turn analysis into an actionable narrative for non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable with shifting priorities and questions that aren't pre-defined.
  • Excel experience necessary; Salesforce, Looker, and SQL experience is a strong plus.
