Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your Impact:

As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for critical technology roles across EMEA and AMER/LATAM. You will partner closely with engineering leaders, delivery teams, and hiring managers to identify and attract high-quality technical talent for RE Partners and our client engagements.
You will combine strong recruiting expertise with an understanding of technology, engineering roles, and regional talent markets to build scalable talent pipelines and improve hiring outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across EMEA, North America, and LATAM, including Software Engineering, QA/SDET, DevOps/SRE, Cloud, Data, Security, Architecture, and Engineering Leadership positions.
  • Partner with Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, Delivery Managers, and other hiring stakeholders to translate technical and business requirements into effective recruiting strategies.
  • Develop a working understanding of required technology stacks, engineering competencies, seniority expectations, and project environments to effectively identify and qualify candidates.
  • Source and engage passive technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional communities, referrals, talent databases, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct recruiter screens to assess candidate experience, technical background, career progression, communication skills, motivation, availability, and overall alignment with role requirements.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and interview processes with engineering interviewers and hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated technology needs.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Provide hiring managers with market intelligence on talent availability, compensation expectations, technology trends, geographic differences, and competitive hiring activity.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS and provide regular recruitment metrics and pipeline reporting.
  • Track recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, time-to-submit, conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline health.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, interview workflows, candidate quality, and hiring efficiency.

 

To Be Successful You Will Need:

  • 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with significant experience recruiting technical professionals in technology services, consulting, fintech, financial services, or similar environments.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting Software Engineers and other specialized technical roles.
  • Ability to understand and discuss common technology stacks and concepts, such as Java, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, cloud platforms, databases, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, containers, and modern software development practices.
  • Strong ability to distinguish between technical roles, seniority levels, and relevant versus adjacent candidate experience.
  • Experience partnering directly with Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, and senior hiring stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools.
  • Understanding of technical talent markets across EMEA, North America, and LATAM.
  • Exceptional professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously.
  • Cultural competence and ability to adapt recruiting approaches across different countries and regions.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones.


Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience recruiting for consulting organizations, technology vendors, or financial-services clients.
  • Technical background or demonstrated understanding of software engineering and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience recruiting highly specialized or senior technical talent, including Staff/Principal Engineers and Architects.
  • Experience with AI-assisted sourcing or recruiting tools.
  • Experience designing or improving technical interview and assessment processes.
  • Relevant recruiting or HR certifications.
  • Knowledge of additional languages commonly used across EMEA or LATAM.
