JumpModel/GOGH Solutions

Senior Client Partner

JumpxGOGH is a PE-backed IFS professional services firm formed from the recent merger of JumpModel and Gogh Solutions. We deliver IFS implementation, managed services, and advisory work across North America for clients in asset-intensive industries.

The Senior Client Partner is a senior, quota-carrying sales role for someone who knows the IFS ecosystem intimately, ideally from inside it. You will own complex ERP, EAM, and Service Management implementation deals from the first prospect conversation through to a signed agreement, and then continue to serve as a trusted partner as those relationships mature and expand.

This is not a software sales role. We are looking for a sales thought leader who brings a genuine point of view on ERP, EAM, and Service Management; someone who can act as a trusted advisor to prospects navigating one of the most significant technology decisions their organization will make, and who carries real, activatable relationships within the IFS ecosystem.

If you have spent meaningful time inside IFS or working closely alongside it, have a track record of closing large enterprise implementation deals, and are ready to take full ownership of your pipeline and results, this role was built for you.

What You’ll Own

  • Full sales cycle ownership: Take ERP, EAM, and Service Management implementation and consulting deals from prospect identification through qualification, scoping, proposal, negotiation, and close with full accountability for the outcome.
  • Client relationship ownership: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for prospects and clients, building enduring partnerships that extend beyond the initial sale and create opportunities for ongoing and expanded engagement.
  • Ecosystem relationship development: Build and maintain trusted relationships with prospective customers, existing clients, and the IFS sales organization, positioning JumpxGogh as the partner of choice for IFS implementations.
  • Co-selling with IFS: Work hand-in-hand with IFS account teams to identify, develop, and close joint opportunities across ERP, EAM, and Service Management, leveraging your existing relationships within the ecosystem.
  • Strategic advisory: Bring your own informed perspective to prospects and clients, helping them think through their transformation journey and earning their confidence as a partner rather than a vendor.
  • Pipeline and forecast discipline: Build and manage a healthy pipeline with consistent coverage against your annual quota, maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, and provide reliable, accurate forecasts to sales leadership.
  • Proposals and negotiations: Craft compelling, value-led proposals and lead commercial negotiations through to signed agreements.
  • Delivery collaboration: Partner closely with delivery and leadership teams to ensure that what we sell aligns with what we can deliver exceptionally well, protecting both client outcomes and firm reputation.
  • Account growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships, driving long-term account value rather than one-time transactions.
  • Market presence: Serve as a credible, visible presence within the IFS ecosystem, contributing to JumpxGogh’s differentiation and brand in the market.
  • Travel: Be present at the moments that matter including key prospect meetings, major deal advances, and important client touchpoints. Day-to-day work is fully remote and location-independent; travel is targeted and purposeful.

What Success Looks Like

This is a quota-carrying role. Success is measured by pipeline created, deals advanced, and revenue closed. The path to success is building a qualified pipeline of real opportunities and converting them into closed-won business.

First 90 Days

Your IFS ecosystem relationships are activated and your co-sell motion with IFS account teams is underway. You have a clear picture of the existing pipeline, the target account list, and the strongest near-term opportunities. First qualified opportunities are identified and in motion.

First 6 Months

You have built a pipeline with meaningful coverage against your annual quota. Active pursuits are progressing through qualification and scoping. Sales leadership has confidence in the accuracy of your forecast and your judgment on which opportunities are real.

First Year

We expect a successful Client Partner to ramp toward approximately $2 million in bookings in year one.The client relationships you’ve built are enduring and are generating expansion opportunities. You have become a recognizable, credible voice within the IFS ecosystem on JumpxGogh’s behalf.

What You Bring

Must-Haves

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience: with at least 5 years specifically within the IFS ecosystem, ideally including time spent inside the IFS sales organization or in a closely adjacent capacity.
  • Solution breadth: Experience selling across ERP, EAM, and Service Management, with a real understanding of the distinct value drivers and buyers within each.
  • Established relationships: Credible, existing relationships with both customers and IFS salespeople that can be activated to generate and advance opportunities from day one.
  • Proven closer: A demonstrated track record of successfully closing large ERP, EAM, or Service Management implementation deals, with full ownership of the sales cycle from prospect to signature.
  • Enterprise sales expertise: Strong command of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales motions; value selling, commercial structuring, and negotiation.
  • A genuine point of view: A distinct, well-developed perspective on ERP, EAM, and Service Management from a sales and value standpoint. You can hold your own with senior stakeholders, challenge thinking constructively, and serve as a credible thought leader.
  • Executive presence: The credibility and communication skills to engage and influence senior decision-makers and earn their trust as an advisor.
  • Self-direction: The discipline and accountability to manage your own calendar and priorities in a fully remote, flexible environment while consistently delivering on targets.

Strongly Preferred

  • Direct IFS experience: Prior employment within IFS in a sales or sales-adjacent capacity.
  • Consulting and services sales: Experience selling consulting or implementation services, not just software licenses.
  • Domain depth: Meaningful depth in one or more of ERP, EAM, or Service Management, with the ability to sell credibly across all three.
  • Ecosystem network: An existing network across IFS customer industries and verticals.

Who You Are

  • A trusted advisor, not a vendor: You build credibility through substance. Clients and prospects come back to you because you give them a point of view worth having, not because you are the most persistent caller.
  • A relationship builder with staying power: You do not disappear after the deal closes. You manage relationships over years, not quarters, and your clients know the difference.
  • Deeply embedded in the IFS world: You know the ecosystem, the people, and the deals. You have relationships that are genuinely yours and you know how to use them.
  • Comfortable with complexity: Enterprise ERP and EAM deals are long, multi-stakeholder, and require patience and discipline. You thrive in that environment rather than being worn down by it.
  • Entrepreneurial: You are comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-changing firm and have the appetite to help shape something rather than just execute within it.
