Position Summary
The Senior Account Executive/Membership Manager, is a pivotal leadership role within the Marketing, Membership & Sales (MMS) department, responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of membership growth, retention, and engagement initiatives. This role involves collaborating closely with client teams, internal departments, volunteers, and committees to achieve organizational objectives. The Senior Account Executive/Membership Manager will oversee all aspects of membership planning, membership marketing campaigns, dues management, website optimization, committee engagement, reporting, database utilization, and member analysis for clients. In addition, incorporating trends and best practices from professional and/or trade associations, creating case studies for Kellen corporate, and sharing and implementing ideas. Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and clients are essential for success in this role.

This position operates within an office environment. · Hybrid Work Environment: All employees located within commuting distance of one of Kellen’s offices are required to go in on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Flexibility in going into the office additional days may be necessary.
