We are currently seeking a Disability Coordinator to join our growing Disability Management team on a one-year fixed-term contract. Bilingual (French/English) candidates are strongly preferred; however, we also welcome applications from candidates who are fluent in English only.


This is a highly administrative role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Working closely with Case Managers, clients, and claimants, you will play an integral role in coordinating disability case administration and ensuring a positive client experience.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and maintain disability case files from initiation through ongoing administration.
  • Prepare and distribute claimant packages, forms, and correspondence.
  • Review incoming documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Accurately enter and maintain claimant information within internal databases.
  • Communicate with claimants, healthcare providers, and client contacts by phone and email.
  • Provide administrative support to Disability Case Managers.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate billing records and reports.
  • Generate reports and ensure documentation complies with internal processes and client requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

What You'll Bring

  • Fluency in English is required. Fluency in both English and French is considered a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of disability management practices, short-term disability policies, Workers' Compensation/WSIB legislation, Human Rights legislation, or related legislation is considered an asset.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
  • Previous administrative experience in healthcare, disability management, insurance, or a related field is considered an asset.
