About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Mid-Level QA Analyst with Salesforce experience to join our growing consulting team. This role is focused on ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in QA methodologies, hands-on Salesforce testing experience, and prior experience working in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment. You should be comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, and fast-paced project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across Salesforce platforms
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and validated
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business expectations
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Validate Salesforce configurations including flows, validation rules, custom objects, and permissions
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems and integrations
- Provide clear and thorough documentation of testing activities and results
- Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive resolution
- Work directly with clients in a consulting environment, clearly communicating testing progress, risks, and outcomes
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within Salesforce environments
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and configurations
- Required: 1+ years of experience working in a consulting, client-facing, or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience executing functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Experience working with Copado or similar deployment tools in support of QA and release validation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and clients
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or other relevant Salesforce certifications
- Experience supporting sandbox management activities, including refreshes and environment coordination
- Familiarity with reviewing and validating changes prior to deployment to higher environments
- Exposure to multi-environment testing strategies (Dev, QA, UAT)
- Understanding of data validation and integration testing across systems
- Ability to identify risks related to environment differences and deployments
- Experience working across multiple client projects or workstreams simultaneously
- Salesforce Administrator or other relevant Salesforce certifications
