Principal Product Manager

L2L is the “Heartbeat of the Modern Factory.” We offer the only Connected Manufacturing Operations Platform built to eliminate blockers and drive productivity.

Today, many plants spend more time managing disconnected tools, systems, and data than actually producing. At L2L, we’re changing that with a blueprint for better performance. Our platform has helped more than 500,000 users across 93 countries accelerate productivity, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement at scale.

But what makes L2L special is the people behind the platform. We’re a purpose-driven team that cares deeply about solving the right problems quickly and supporting one another along the way. We work hard, celebrate wins, and stay focused on building products that make a real difference for the people who use them every day. Pretty cool, right?

We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team:

We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager, who will partner closely with our Chief Product Officer, to lead one of L2L’s most impactful and widely used product areas. This is a senior, highly strategic role with full end-to-end ownership—from vision → roadmap → delivery → customer value and long-term success.

Our north star is simple: Bring simplicity beyond complexity to the shop floor, increase worker capacity, and unlock a more preventive, connected future for manufacturing.

Here’s how you can drive action that matters.

Top Three Outcomes:

  1. Drive value experience: Build and execute a product strategy that drives the value experience for new and existing customers to increase ARR, ACV, adoption, and retention through strong strategic leadership and execution.
  2. Achieve high adoption & engagement through product simplification: Accelerate time to value through simplification, scalable workflows, and capabilities that improve usability and enable faster multi-site deployments.
  3. Shape the Future State: Champion the evolution of the platform toward an AI-driven, preventive maintenance future; using data-backed insights, customer empathy, and strategic influence to shape direction and challenge legacy thinking.

What You’ll Do:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own the strategic direction and long-term success of key product portfolios.
  • Define product vision, roadmap priorities, and measurable business outcomes tied to adoption, retention, ARR, and customer value.
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, and business strategy into high-impact product investments.

Discovery, Delivery & Portfolio Leadership

  • Lead continuous discovery and iterative delivery practices across complex product areas.
  • Drive prioritization, simplification, and portfolio optimization to maximize customer impact and scalability.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions and improve team effectiveness.

Strategic Influence & Organizational Leadership

  • Influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams through clear strategy, strong communication, and data-backed decision-making.
  • Mentor Product Managers and elevate product management best practices across the organization.
  • Champion innovation, experimentation, and AI-driven thinking to shape the future of connected manufacturing operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, industrial technology, or operational software environments.
  • Proven experience leading complex, end-to-end product initiatives from strategy and discovery through delivery, adoption, and long-term market success.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect customer needs, technical feasibility, and business outcomes into clear product direction.
  • Deep expertise in customer discovery, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and align cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, GTM, and Leadership.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, driving clarity, and making high-impact decisions with incomplete information.
  • Experience with manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, connected worker, or frontline operational software a plus.
  • AI literate — experienced leveraging AI tools, prompt engineering, experimentation, and data insights to improve product strategy, workflows, and decision-making.
