Led by licensed professionals, we deliver exceptional experiences while helping clients grow their investments. Guided by our core focus, opening doors and building wealth through responsible, people-centered management, we build relationships, foster careers, and strengthen communities.

We are currently recruiting for a Leasing Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our communities full, compliant, and thriving. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety—no two days are the same—and who takes pride in delivering a top-tier leasing experience.

Do you love working with people, staying organized, and seeing the direct impact of your work every day? Are you energized by a fast-paced role that blends customer service, marketing, and field work? If so, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As our Leasing Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of the leasing process—from first inquiry to move-in and beyond. You’ll:

  • Market available properties across multiple platforms with accurate, fair-housing-compliant listings
  • Coordinate and conduct in-person and virtual property showings
  • Manage leads in our CRM and follow up with prospective tenants
  • Perform move-in, move-out, and annual property inspections
  • Assist with lease agreements and rental applications
  • Create virtual tours, assist with photography, and coordinate signage and banners
  • Monitor vacancy reports and ensure all units are properly marketed
  • Provide KPI and leasing activity reports to property management
  • Be a friendly, professional point of contact for prospects and residents alike
  • Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
  • Perform other duties as assigned

This role is 80% field-based and 20% office-based, offering a great mix of autonomy and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
  • Tech-savvy, with general computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while supporting a team

Experience:

  • 4+ years of customer service or property management–related experience

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Some college preferred

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • A stable, full-time position with consistent weekday hours
  • Variety in your day—office work, showings, inspections, and collaboration
  • A professional, supportive property management team
  • The opportunity to make a visible impact on occupancy and resident satisfaction

Required:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Dependable Vehicle

Compensation: $20 - $22/hour

Benefits:

  • 401(k) with generous employer match
  • Medical/Dental/Vision insurance
  • Employee assistance program
  • Health savings account
  • Paid time off
  • Professional development assistance

If you’re ready to grow your career in property management and want a role where your work truly matters, we’d love to hear from you. To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter.
