About the Role

The Senior Project Manager leads high-complexity, high-impact initiatives and multi-workstream programs that significantly influence organizational operations, strategic priorities, and business outcomes. This role drives execution strategy across functions, establishes governance and delivery frameworks, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on execution planning, operational risks, and organizational readiness.


Your Key Contributions

  • Lead high-complexity, high-impact initiatives and multi-workstream programs that significantly impact organizational operations, strategic priorities, or enterprise objectives.
  • Drive execution strategy across complex initiatives by aligning stakeholders, resolving organizational barriers, and ensuring delivery outcomes across functions and business units.  
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders by providing guidance, execution recommendations, risk analysis, and operational insights on critical initiatives.  
  • Establish project governance structures, execution frameworks, communication strategies, and decision-making processes that support effective execution and organizational alignment.  
  • Anticipate systemic risks, cross-functional dependencies, operational impacts, and organizational constraints across projects and proactively drive mitigation and resolution strategies.  
  • Lead cross-functional planning sessions, executive updates, governance reviews, and stakeholder alignment meetings for large-scale initiatives.  
  • Influence leaders and stakeholders across functions to drive alignment, accountability, prioritization, and execution effectiveness.  
  • Drive improvements to project management practices, execution methodologies, operational processes, and delivery standards across initiatives and teams.  
  • Analyze portfolio trends, project outcomes, operational metrics, and execution challenges to identify opportunities for organizational improvement and scalability.  
  • Guide, mentor, and coach Project Managers and junior team members to strengthen project management capability and execution maturity across the organization.  
  • Support organizational readiness, change management planning, and implementation efforts related to strategic initiatives and operational transformation.  
  • Ensure delivery of initiatives aligns with organizational goals, operational capabilities, and long-term business objectives. 


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 6–10+ years of project or program management experience.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).  
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.  
  • PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred. 
  • Communicates Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Decision Quality - Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward; relies on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment when making decisions.

  • Manages Complexity - Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems; uncovers root causes to difficult problems. 
  • Optimizes Work Processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement; designs processes and procedures that allow managing from a distance. 
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.  
  • Strong systems thinking and cross-functional awareness.  
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capability.  
  • Ability to integrate multiple perspectives into execution strategies.  
  • Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.


Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM.
