About the Role

The Training Coordinator ensures the seamless execution of training programs by managing logistics, scheduling sessions, and administering surveys and audits to trainees. This role plays a critical part in supporting team member development by facilitating existing training processes and ensuring consistency across all learning initiatives. The Training Coordinator collaborates closely with trainers, team leads, and stakeholders to enhance the overall training experience. As part of the L&D department, the Training Coordinator is an ongoing learner, always looking for ways to elevate our training programs for greater impact to our trainees and Clients.


Your Key Contributions

  • Schedule and Coordinate Training Sessions - Manage training calendars, coordinate session logistics, and ensure all necessary materials and resources are in place
  • Facilitate Training Processes - Support the execution of existing training modules by ensuring adherence to schedules, managing trainee participation, and overseeing session compliance
  • Administer Surveys and Audits - Distribute and track post-training evaluations, engagement surveys, and audit tools to assess training effectiveness and trainee progress
  • Deliver and Document Feedback - Provide structured feedback to trainees based on training observations, surveys, and audit results to support continuous improvement
  • Maintain Training Records and Reports - Track attendance, compile survey and audit data, and generate reports for leadership on training trends and outcomes
  • Ensure Compliance with Training Standards - Monitor adherence to firm-wide training requirements and escalate issues as needed to maintain consistency and quality
  • L&D trends and automation - Consistently looks for ways to leverage AI into our L&D practices.


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience: Prior experience in training facilitation and record management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communicator with the ability to clearly explain complex information.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with various training methods, including e-learning platforms.
  • Language Skills: Spanish fluency is preferred but not required.
  • AI: has utilized AI to improve learning program efficiency either in content creation or administrative tasks
  • Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple training sessions, maintain accurate records, and coordinate logistics efficiently.
  • Clear Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to relay training expectations and deliver constructive feedback.
  • Detail-Oriented – Ensures accuracy in tracking attendance, documenting audits, and managing training schedules.
  • Interpersonal Skills – Ability to engage with trainees and stakeholders effectively, fostering a professional and supportive learning environment.
  • Adaptability – Capable of adjusting to evolving training needs and priorities.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset – Proactively addresses scheduling conflicts, trainee concerns, and logistical challenges.
  • Technology Proficiency – Comfortable using Microsoft Office, survey tools, and learning management systems for scheduling and tracking purposes.
  • AI experience - Proven experience in AI solutions for learning and development.


Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

  • A modern processor (Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 from the last few years)
  • Windows 11 (kept up to date)


For Mac Users:

  • A modern processor (Apple M1 chip or a recent Intel Core i5)
  • A recent macOS (Ventura or newer)


For Everyone:

  • At least 8 GB of memory (RAM) to run applications smoothly
  • A fast hard drive with sufficient available storage
