As an Auric Room Host, you’ll set the tone for a distinctive and highly personalized dining experience from the moment guests arrive. You’ll welcome guests with warmth and confidence, anticipate the details that matter, and work closely with the service team to make each visit feel seamless and thoughtfully tailored. This role is a great fit for someone who understands that exceptional hospitality is equal parts attentiveness, discretion, intuition, and genuine connection.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
• Manage reservations, seating, and the overall flow of guest arrivals.
• Create a polished arrival and departure experience, including assisting with guests’ personal belongings.
• Review reservations and communicate preferences, celebrations, dietary needs, and special requests to the service team.
• Recognize returning guests and help personalize their experience based on known preferences.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond thoughtfully to questions and special requests.
• Maintain clear communication with servers, bartenders, culinary team members, and leadership throughout service.
• Keep the entrance and host areas organized, polished, and ready for guests.
• Support the service team as needed to help create a seamless dining experience.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and good judgment.
• Maintain appropriate discretion and confidentiality regarding guests and their experiences.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous restaurant, hosting, concierge, guest services, or hospitality experience.
• Experience in an elevated restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A polished, professional, and approachable presence.
• Strong judgment and discretion.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and adapt your approach to different personalities and situations.
• Ability to remain calm and organized while managing multiple priorities.
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the broader Food & Beverage team.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, move throughout dining and service areas, and lift or carry up to 25 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
