
The Compliance Officer will oversee the compliance program for Life Insurance Trust Company (LITCO), manage AML/BSA functions, assist with audits and regulatory exams and assist with maintaining all LITCO corporate governance responsibilities. The Compliance Officer will also manage the Company Trust Committee and oversee all aspects of identifying and mitigating fiduciary risk.

The base pay range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000 with a 10% target bonus. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
