Talent Acquisition Specialist

About Loop

Loop is industrializing services through AI, starting with one of the world's most complex industries: the global supply chain. We're an AI-native company built to solve the systemic data problem that's held logistics back for decades. Our Logistics Data Platform turns fragmented, unstructured data into a trusted foundation that fuels automation, financial clarity, and decision intelligence at scale. Today, Loop serves >20% of the Fortune 100, manages over $30B in supply chain spend, and helps its clients save hundreds of millions of dollars each year.

We recently closed a $95M Series C and are backed by leading investors including Valor Equity Partners, Founders Fund, 8VC, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan, and more than 50 industry-leading angel investors.

Our team brings deep expertise from Uber, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, Flexport, C3 AI, VMware, Box, UPS, and C.H. Robinson and we're looking for builders who want to help shape what comes next.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll independently lead full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles while also helping shape the processes, tools, and practices that define how we hire. This is an opportunity to join a growing tech company at an exciting stage and have a meaningful hand in building the TA function partnering closely with hiring managers, leaders, and the broader People team to raise the bar for talent and create an exceptional candidate and hiring experience.

This is an in-person role based in Chicago/NYC/SF, with the expectation of being in the office 4+ days per week.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer, and close, delivering a thoughtful and high-quality experience at every stage.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to translate talent needs into thoughtful hiring strategies, design structured interview loops and assessment criteria, and drive effective, high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Build and evolve scalable recruiting processes, tools, and practices that create greater consistency, efficiency, and quality as Loop continues to grow.
  • Develop thoughtful sourcing strategies that expand our talent pipelines and proactively identify high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
  • Establish and track recruiting metrics that provide visibility into funnel health, hiring velocity, sourcing effectiveness, and key trends, using data to identify opportunities and continuously improve how we hire.
  • Elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience by bringing strong communication, structure, and a high bar for execution throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute beyond your requisitions by partnering with the broader People team on talent initiatives and projects that strengthen how we attract, hire, onboard, and engage talent across Loop.

About You

  • You have 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth technology or similarly fast-paced environment, with experience independently managing searches from intake through offer.
  • You’re a strong sourcer who knows how to proactively identify and engage talent rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.
  • You’re proficient with recruiting technology, including ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, and talent databases, with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new systems.
  • You bring structure to ambiguity and are energized by the opportunity to help build, test, and improve recruiting processes rather than simply operate within established ones.
  • You’re a thoughtful partner and communicator who can build trust with hiring managers, ask the right questions, and translate hiring needs into structured interview and assessment approaches.
  • You’re data-minded and comfortable using recruiting metrics and funnel insights to understand what’s working, identify gaps, and inform how you approach a search.
  • You have a high bar for candidate experience and bring organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail to every interaction.
  • You’re collaborative and curious, with an interest in contributing beyond your requisitions and partnering across the People team as we continue to build and evolve our talent practices.

This role is not eligible for bonus, commission, or equity compensation. This role is eligible for Loop's benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, paid holidays, and parental leave.
