  • Manage office budgets, purchasing, vendor invoices, and workplace-related expenses.
  • Provide remote operational support for the Chicago and New York offices, serving as backup coverage during PTO and other planned absences.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, hospitality, facilities, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and follow-through.
  • A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and anticipates team needs.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working with laptops, monitors, docking stations, conference room technology, and common office equipment.
  • Passionate about creating engaging workplace experiences and fostering company culture.
  • Experience managing vendors, office operations, and workplace logistics.
  • Collaborative and eager to partner across teams to drive impact.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

What Makes You Successful
