About the role

Lumovy Technology Solutions is looking for a proactive and service-oriented Support Engineer to provide weekend support for our Managed Services projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist users, handle queries, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth project operations.

Essential Functions

• Monitor and manage support requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

• Respond to user queries and assist in resolving reported issues.

• Coordinate with technical teams to escalate issues requiring further assistance.

• Maintain records of reported issues, resolutions, and support activities.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in a flexible schedule aligned with project support requirements.

• Ensure a professional and customer-focused approach when handling support requests.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field. 

• 2–3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, helpdesk, or a related role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Positive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle queries professionally and remain composed under pressure.

• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
