ThreatDown is looking for..

A high-energy, strategic, and articulate leader who is passionate about the MSP ecosystem and driven by the mission of partner success! In this role, you will be responsible for the global health, retention, and growth of ThreatDown’s MSP partners. Reporting into the Global Vice President of MSP Sales, you will lead a global team of Client Account Managers (CAMs) focused on protecting and growing Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the MSP business model, a proven track record of managing global teams, and the ability to turn high-level strategy into actionable talk tracks.


Compensation Range: $180-200K OTE ($108 - 120K base + commission = 60/40 Split)


What You Will Do:

  • Global MRR Leadership: Own the global book of business for MSP accounts, taking full accountability for net retention and expansion targets.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Work closely with the VP of MSP Sales to develop the global "MSP Story" and create high-impact talk tracks that enable your team to consultatively grow partner accounts.
  • Global Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of CAMs across multiple regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC), ensuring a unified approach to partner advocacy.
  • The Expansion Engine: Drive global playbooks for upselling and cross-selling, focusing on moving partners from core products to advanced MDR and security suites.
  • Trusted Advisor Alignment: Establish strategic relationships with key partner stakeholders to drive continued value and ensure our solutions meet their compliance and cyber insurance needs.
  • Forecasting & Strategy: Provide accurate global MRR forecasts and collaborate on the long-term roadmap for the MSP business unit.
  • Partner Advocacy: Work cross-departmentally with Product, Marketing, and Support to ensure the "Voice of the MSP" is heard and reflected in our global offerings.


Skills You'll Need to Have:

  • MSP Subject Matter Expertise: 10+ years of experience in IT and Cybersecurity with a deep understanding of the MSP business model and unit economics.
  • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience managing global sales or account management teams in a SaaS environment (Cybersecurity preferred).
  • Narrative Development: Ability to take complex strategic visions and simplify them into compelling narratives and effective call plans for a global team.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Strong proficiency in forecasting, CRM hygiene, and managing by KPIs like Net Retention Revenue (NRR) and Churn.
  • Excellent Communication: Superior presentation, negotiation, and listening skills, with the ability to influence at both the "owner" and "engineer" levels.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-driving leader who can manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail and global market nuances.
