As part of our expansion, we are currently looking for a suitably motivated - Customer Engagement Solutions Architect- to join our group.


MBRYONICS are looking for a Customer Engagement Solutions Architect to act as the critical bridge between our advanced Free Space Optics technology and our clients' business objectives. You will lead technical conversations with potential and existing customers, translate complex space system concepts into commercial value, and ensure seamless communication across all stages of the customer journey. You will also partner closely with internal engineering, product, and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions.

 Responsibilities

  • Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and architecture discussions with clients and prospects, showcasing the value of MBRYONICS solutions.
  • Work with clients to understand their technical requirements, such as satellite communications, payload capacity, or data processing—and design custom solutions that align with their business and commercial goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries. Own the resolution process, providing clear, concise, and timely follow-ups to client questions.
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product Management, and Engineering) to relay client feedback, influence product roadmaps, and ensure successful deployment of space/satellite systems.
  • Ensure that technical solutions are commercially viable and support the company's revenue and growth objectives.

Who you are

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a strong technical background in complex systems for Space, perhaps you have experience with satellite operations, Earth observation data processing, space systems engineering, or the development of Space Hardware, regardless, you will be able to have have in depth, meaningful conversations with our customers and drive forward solutions that fit both the needs of MBRYONICS, and our customers.


  • It is likely that you have a masters or PHD degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics design or equivalent relevant experience.
  • It is important that you have demonstrated experience in pre-sales, technical account management, or customer-facing roles where commercial and business targets were met.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical constraints into understandable business language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose client issues and devise scalable, effective technical architectures and solutions. 
  • Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities to deliver great outcomes.
