Telehealth Concierge Psychiatry Services Provider


MindCare Solutions is a leader in providing comprehensive mental health services across a variety of care settings and is clinician-owned and operated. We are seeking a part-time Telehealth Concierge Psychiatry Provider to support operations and provide overall clinical direction and leadership in the delivery of mental health services within the facility. Provides clinical oversight and accessible psychiatric support across adolescent care settings.


Compensation: negotiable

Location: Telehealth

Schedule: F/T - 40 hours per week


Position Summary:

  • Provides clinical oversight, collaborative leadership, and high-access psychiatric support across residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient levels of care for adolescents.
  • Serves as the collaborating physician to nurse practitioners, offering real-time guidance on complex, high-acuity cases while ensuring consistent, safe, and developmentally appropriate care across a large patient population.
  • The role emphasizes frequent family engagement, rapid clinical responsiveness, and strong support for providers managing risk, medication decisions, and complex family dynamics.
  • Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring clinicians, guiding medication practices, supporting utilization and documentation requirements, and leading risk management and safety efforts.
  • This position operates within a fast-paced, high-volume environment with elevated expectations for accessibility, proactive communication, and collaboration with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Qualifications:

  • Child and adolescent experience required
  • Psychiatrist must be eligible for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) (required)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of inpatient experience, with trauma experience required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within one [1] year of residency completion) in Psychiatry
  • Valid and unrestricted DEA registration
  • Proficiency in telemedicine technologies for remote patient care required
  • Willingness to collaborate with PMHNPs (required)
