Position Overview

Netwrix is unifying its Security Solution Portfolio into a single cloud-native platform — Netwrix 1Secure — and this role owns the foundational fabric that makes it possible. The Expert Product Manager – SaaS Platform is a senior, high-scope product leader responsible for one or more core domains of the 1Secure Fabric: the Connectivity & Extensibility Framework, the Shared Data Model and Common Data Plane, the Identity and Data Correlation Graph, the Workflow and Policy Engine, or the React UI / Micro-Frontend framework that every solution on the platform is built on.

You will set direction for a platform domain with company-wide reach, act as the primary platform partner to product managers across Data Security, Identity Governance, and Threat Detection, and be a trusted technical counterpart to Architecture and Engineering leadership. Your work directly powers the company's "Unify on 1Secure" strategy — replacing duplicated connectors, data models, and UI components across DSPM, Identity Security, Threat Management, PAM and ITDR  with shared, reusable platform services — and lays the groundwork for Netwrix Neo, our AI Security Harness and Agentic Automation.

You will operate with significant autonomy and executive visibility, translating a bold platform vision into a roadmap that other product and engineering teams build on with confidence, while helping the company grow multi-product attach rate and scale 1Secure toward its next stage of ARR growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end strategy and roadmap for one or more foundational 1Secure Fabric domains — Connectivity & Extensibility Framework, Shared Data Model & Common Data Plane, Correlation Graph (Identity, Data, Risk), Workflow & Policy Engine, or the React UI / Micro-Frontend framework.
  • Drive execution of the company's "Unify on 1Secure" strategic pillar, consolidating duplicated connectors, data models, and UI components across Auditor, Access Analyzer, DSPM, and Threat Manager into shared, reusable platform services.
  • Partner with Architecture and Engineering leadership on platform technical strategy, including multi-tenancy, scalability, connector-framework design, and API-first architecture trade-offs, contributing as a credible technical voice in the room.
  • Define the roadmap for the platform's public Open APIs, SDKs, and marketplace extensibility, enabling internal teams and partners to build new solutions on 1Secure.
  • Shape the platform's data strategy in partnership with Data and AI teams — ingestion, normalization, and the correlation graph that powers Netwrix Neo and AI-driven risk insights across the portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary platform partner to product managers across Data Security, Identity Governance, and Threat Detection, translating their needs into shared platform capabilities rather than one-off solutions.
  • Define and own platform-level success metrics, including connector coverage and reliability, API adoption, platform stability and SLAs, and downstream product delivery velocity.
  • Represent the platform in executive and cross-portfolio planning, informing tiering and packaging decisions (Pro, Advance, Premier) and the sequencing of platform investment against the roadmap.
  • Mentor other Platform product managers and help scale product management best practices across the team.
  • Partner with the Director of Product Management – SaaS Platform to align platform investment with the broader 1Secure vision and company OKRs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including meaningful time owning platform, API, or shared-services strategy for a multi-product B2B SaaS company; cybersecurity experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience consolidating fragmented or duplicated systems, such as data models, connectors, or UI frameworks, into a unified, reusable platform at scale.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern SaaS platform architecture, including multi-tenancy, microservices, event-driven data pipelines, graph data models, and API-first design, with the ability to engage credibly in deep architecture trade-off discussions.
  • Experience partnering with data engineering or data science teams on data platforms, correlation or graph models, and AI-driven capabilities.
  • Track record of writing high-quality technical requirements and influencing engineering roadmaps without direct authority.
  • Comfortable operating with high autonomy and ownership in a fast-moving, transformation-stage environment where the company is actively unifying its portfolio onto one platform.
  • Excellent cross-portfolio stakeholder management, with the ability to align competing priorities across multiple product lines and engineering teams.
  • Experience mentoring or informally leading other product managers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; advanced degree or MBA a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with identity or data security graph technologies, such as attack-path or entitlement graphs.
  • Background in DSPM, ITDR, DLP, or identity governance product domains.
  • Experience with connector or integration frameworks spanning SIEM, SOAR, ITSM, and IAM ecosystems.
  • Prior experience in a company transitioning from on-premises or point products to a unified SaaS platform.
