Who We Are

NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system and how veterans and civilians alike face too many barriers when it comes to receiving appropriate, timely care.

While pursuing his MBA at Wharton, Chris met his future co-founder Adam Pardes, and the two agreed – even the most engaging digital mental health apps in the world wouldn’t truly change the problem; only a solution that systematically integrated behavioral health into the full healthcare ecosystem could create meaningful change. And so they created NeuroFlow.

What We Do:

We pride ourselves on partnering with healthcare leaders to assist in driving better outcomes, lowering total cost of care, and making behavioral health risk more predictable and transparent. NeuroFlow exists to make sure no one who needs behavioral health support falls through the cracks.

We build more than just engaging digital health tools for self-care: we create platforms that identify population behavioral health risk early, engage individuals with acuity-specific resources, and enable care teams to make smarter and more efficient decisions. Together, NeuroFlow’s solutions arm healthcare organizations with the insights they need to overcome the systemic challenges in today’s healthcare ecosystem.

How We Do It:

The award-winning culture at NeuroFlow is one built around encouragement and daring to be great. Our core values have been displayed in our office since day one, and each team member is responsible for carrying out these values and keeping each other accountable to them. We succeed through our flexibility and agility, navigating and transforming an industry ripe for change where “no” or “can’t” is too often the default.  NeuroFlow offers unique opportunities to work in a fun and challenging fast-paced environment with direct, meaningful impact on helping to close the divide between mental and physical health.

NeuroFlow is looking for motivated master's-level clinicians working toward full licensure in Pennsylvania who want more than just supervised hours — they want to develop into measurement-informed practitioners from day one.

At Quartet Medical (a NeuroFlow practice), measurement-based care isn't a checkbox. It's how we understand our patients, guide clinical decisions, and demonstrate the impact of our work. If you're someone who gets excited about tracking progress, interpreting symptom trends, and using outcomes data to inform your clinical approach, you'll thrive here.

We are offering part-time positions—with the flexibility to fit your schedule and career goals. Work entirely via telehealth from anywhere in Pennsylvania, and receive high-quality clinical supervision to help you build the skills and hours you need.

Even better? Once you obtain your full clinical licensure, we're committed to offering you a continuing role with NeuroFlow, allowing you to grow your career with us.

What You'll Do

  • Provide initial assessments and evidence-based therapy to a diverse patient population
  • Administer and interpret standardized measurement tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, C-SSRS, and others) at every session — and use those results to actively shape treatment
  • Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans grounded in measurable outcomes and updated in response to patient progress data
  • Deliver telehealth services using an integrated EHR and outcomes platform designed to support real-time clinical decision-making
  • Document sessions accurately and in real time, with attention to how clinical notes reflect treatment plan goals and MBC findings
  • Participate in regular supervision sessions where outcome data is part of the clinical conversation — not an afterthought
  • Engage with patients during scheduled hours with no on-call requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • Master’s degree in social work or counseling degree from an accredited program or an active, associate clinical license (e.g., LMFTA, LAC, LMSW, etc.) in Pennsylvania
  • Training or experience in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, MI, or similar)
  • Genuine interest in measurement-informed care — you see outcome tools as clinical assets, not administrative burdenComfortable providing therapy in virtual settings
  • Comfortable interpreting symptom scores in session and having transparent, collaborative conversations with patients about their progress
  • Strong communicator who builds rapport easily, including with patients who may be ambivalent about tracking their symptoms
  • Self-directed and responsive to the evolving needs of patients and the team

Bonus Points If You...

  • Are licensed in both PA and NJ
  • Have experience working with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or substance use disorders
  • Are passionate about using data and technology to improve access to mental health care

What We Offer

  • Part-time schedules to accommodate your needs
  • Clinical supervision to support your licensure journey
  • Fully remote tele-health position—work from home
  • Pathway to a licensed role: Once you obtain your full license, we'll offer you a continuing position with NeuroFlow
  • Supportive, collaborative clinical team culture
  • Opportunity to make a real difference in closing the mental health care gap
  • Ready to build your clinical career with a mission-driven organization? Apply today and start making an impact—on your patients and your future.
