Overview

We are looking for a VP, Sales, North America to lead our regional sales team, strengthen our presence in the North American market and drive the next stage of revenue growth.

The role will report to the GM and work closely with the global sales leadership team. There is already an established US sales team in place, including a Director, Sales Executives and SDRs. The VP, Sales, North America will be responsible for leading, coaching and scaling this team, while also taking ownership of the regional sales strategy, new logo pipeline and revenue performance.

In this role, you will work with global IT and technology leaders, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure and senior decision-makers, helping customers solve business-critical infrastructure challenges with our bare metal, cloud, storage and networking solutions.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially strong, hands-on sales leader who wants to play a significant role in the next stage of growth for Servers.com in North America.


Compensation: The compensation range for this role is $200k-$275k base plus commission.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the North American sales strategy and translate global revenue goals into a clear regional plan.
  • Own the new logo pipeline for North America, ensuring strong coverage, quality opportunities and consistent progression from prospecting through to close.
  • Manage, coach and develop the existing US sales team.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, with clear visibility on forecast, risks and opportunities.
  • Support strategic and complex deals through senior customer meetings, commercial negotiations and deal strategy.
  • Work closely with leadership, solution architects, marketing, procurement, revenue operations and technical teams to support regional growth and strong customer outcomes.
  • Ensure customer needs and market insights are fed back into the business to support continuous improvement of product, process and commercial strategy.
  • Develop and execute regional and vertical-focused sales plans, including events, outbound activity and account-based approaches.
  • Strengthen sales discipline across Salesforce usage, pipeline management, forecasting and customer data quality.
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share across key verticals such as Gaming, Streaming, Adtech, Trading, iGaming, Web3, SaaS and AI.
  • Represent the business in the North American market through customer meetings, industry events and partner discussions.
  • Work as a peer to other senior sales leaders globally, sharing best practice and ensuring regional alignment with the wider sales strategy.
  • Build, develop and scale the North American channel partner ecosystem, establishing strategic channel relationships and technology partnerships that expand market reach, generate pipeline and drive incremental revenue growth alongside the direct sales organization

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior B2B sales leadership role, ideally within IaaS, infrastructure, hosting, cloud, data centre, managed services, telecoms or another technology-led environment.
  • Strong track record of owning new logo pipeline and delivering new business revenue growth in the North American market.
  • Experience managing Sales Executives, SDRs and/or regional sales managers.
  • Ability to build, lead and improve a repeatable sales process from prospecting through to close and account growth.
  • Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to coach the team while also staying close to customers and key deals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Bare Metal, dedicated servers, hybrid cloud, private cloud, networking or storage solutions.
  • Experience selling into Web3, Adtech, Trading, Gaming, iGaming, Streaming, SaaS or AI customers.
  • Experience scaling a regional sales function within a global business.
