Warehouse Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Support Specialist to join our Christchurch team. This role will be responsible for receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, processing returns, maintaining inventory records and supporting safe and compliant warehouse spaces.

What you’ll do

  • Receive, inspect and record incoming goods.
  • Support the safe handling and secure storage of firearms, ammunition and sporting goods.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across warehouse safety, accuracy, efficiency and service delivery.
  • Deliver prompt, professional customer service support via phone and email, assisting with enquiries, order updates and product-related questions.
  • Communicate with internal teams, carriers and customers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.

About you

You are a reliable and safety focused individual and have an understanding of the importance of following procedures in a regulated setting. You are a positive team player who can work independently and support others when priorities change.

  • Experience in warehousing or similar operational environment is desirable.
  • Sound computer literacy.
  •   Forklift licence.
  • Ability to attain a firearms licence and Defence Security Clearance.
  • Current Defence Security Clearance is highly desirable.
