Associate Complex Director of Sales

North Point Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Complex Director of Sales to play a key leadership role within our flagship Marriott tri-brand hotel located in the heart of Music City, downtown Nashville. This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced hospitality sales professional ready to step into a leadership position within a high-performing team while preparing for future advancement into a Director level role.

With 506 guestrooms, more than 5,000 square feet of meeting space, and a thriving downtown location, this property is positioned at the center of Nashville’s booming tourism, entertainment, and corporate markets.

Working closely with the Complex Director of Sales, you’ll help shape sales strategy, mentor team members, grow market share, and drive revenue performance across one of the most unique Marriott hotel clusters in the country. This role offers hands-on leadership experience, executive exposure, and a clear path for career growth within a rapidly expanding hospitality company.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

What You’ll Do

  • Support the execution of sales initiatives for assigned North Point Hospitality properties
  • Assist in driving occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue performance across all three Marriott brand
  • Monitor booking pace, production goals, and account performance to help maximize revenue opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, group, entertainment, SMERF, and association markets
  • Strengthen existing client relationships while supporting account growth and retention
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and demand patterns to maximize market share
  • Partner closely with Revenue Management and Operations to optimize total hotel profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Represent the hotels within the local community and industry organizations to enhance brand visibility and business development

 What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of hotel sales experience with progressive leadership responsibility preferred
  • Proven success supporting revenue growth and exceeding sales goals within hospitality
  • Marriott or Hilton brand experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in group, corporate, and event sales strategy preferred
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated self-starter eager to grow into a senior sales leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
