🔧 What You’ll Do

(Mostly this…other duties may be assigned)

• Help create an outstanding guest experience by keeping the property safe, functional, and well-maintained
• Follow guest room preventive maintenance checklists
• Complete room maintenance and ensure spaces are left clean, safe, and free of debris
• Perform basic repairs including:
• • Replacing light fixtures
  • Grout and caulking repairs
  • Tightening loose fixtures and toilet seats
  • Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Painting and wall touch-ups
• Interact with guests and respond to maintenance needs promptly and professionally
• Immediately report safety concerns or significant maintenance issues to management
• Meet all quality assurance standards and expectations

• Experience in general repair such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and maintaining mechanical equipment
• Pool certification is a plus
