Reporting directly to the President, the Marketing Director will develop the overall marketing strategy, build and improve the systems that support it, execute campaigns, manage vendor and partner relationships, and provide leadership with the data and insights needed to make informed decisions. You will also manage and develop our Marketing Coordinator while building scalable processes that allow the marketing function to grow alongside the business.

Success in this role requires more than executing campaigns. We are looking for someone who is comfortable defining targets, making strategic recommendations, measuring performance, and taking full ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with responsibility for generating pipeline and supporting revenue growth.
  • Strong HubSpot experience, including marketing automation, reporting, dashboards, and pipeline attribution.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns from strategy through measurement and optimization.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEO, and digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to evaluate performance and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate marketing performance and strategy to leadership.
  • Comfortable working in a growing organization where you can both set strategy and execute.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a marketing team member is preferred.
  • Experience in ERP, technology, software, or professional services marketing is a plus.

What you'll do

  • Own Oasis Solutions' demand generation strategy and marketing-sourced pipeline for NetSuite and Sage Intacct opportunities.
  • Establish and manage monthly sales-qualified lead (SQL) targets in partnership with Sales and track performance by product line in HubSpot.
  • Build and execute inbound marketing programs across content, SEO, paid campaigns, webinars, events, and partner channels.
  • Develop vertical-specific campaigns targeting commercial, nonprofit, and healthcare audiences.
  • Own website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, SEO performance, and inbound lead generation.
  • Manage the annual marketing calendar across campaigns, events, content, webinars, user groups, and partner initiatives.
  • Plan and execute campaigns from strategy through completion, including post-campaign analysis and ROI measurement.
  • Track campaign performance, customer acquisition cost, pipeline attribution, and other key marketing metrics to continually improve marketing investment and ROI.
  • Manage Oasis Solutions' event marketing strategy, including prospect and client events, webinars, user groups, sponsorships, and event-sourced pipeline.
  • Maximize available MDF and co-op funding from NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and other partner programs while tracking utilization and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendor and partner marketing teams.
  • Develop and present monthly marketing dashboards and quarterly executive marketing reviews with performance data, risks, recommendations, competitive intelligence, and action plans.
  • Partner with Sales to review lost opportunities, identify trends, and adjust marketing strategy based on market and customer insights.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to identify emerging threats, opportunities, and changes that could impact the business.
  • Manage and develop the Marketing Coordinator through clear delegation, regular 1:1s, coaching, and development planning.
  • Build campaign playbooks, documented processes, and a marketing technology roadmap that support greater efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop annual marketing budget recommendations and ensure marketing investments are tied to measurable business outcomes.
