About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and driven individual to be promoted within our team to become a van manager. As a van manager, you will be responsible for planning drops, finding territory, running morning meetings, walking neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, and setting up appointments for inspections. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, communication, the ability to overcome objections, and a genuine desire to help people in the community. We are seeking individuals who are team-oriented, eager to learn, and have a hunger for success.

What You’ll Do as a Canvasser Van Manager

  • Plan territory/drops for your team
  • Report to the office at 10am each day
  • Walk neighborhoods and engage with homeowners through door-knocking
  • Set up appointments for inspections with homeowners
  • Demonstrate perseverance and resilience when faced with challenges
  • Use CRM for marking door knocking and tracking the homes you've visited and the homeowners you've spoken to.
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate the value of our services - Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the job
  • Have an open mindset and willingness to learn and grow in the role
