Onesource Amusements provides coin-operated video gaming and entertainment equipment to bars, family entertainment centers, resorts, and venues across the United States.

About the role

• We are looking for a versatile Technician to support both in-shop repairs and field installations of gaming and amusement equipment. This role requires strong technical ability, flexibility, and willingness to travel as needed.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and refurbish gaming and amusement equipment in the shop
• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer locations
• Assist with staging and preparing machines for deployment
• Travel to job sites, including out-of-state assignments as needed
• Maintain organization of parts, tools, and inventory
• Document repairs, installs, and work completed
• Support service team during high-demand periods

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with arcade, vending, gaming, or similar equipment
• Basic electrical knowledge (wiring, components, voltmeters, etc.)
• Previous field service or installation experience

Required

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel, including overnight and out-of-state work
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments (shop + field)
