
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for reviewing and determining the accuracy of all files that are sent to the SOU - Recording team for recording
•Sending final escrow documents to Lender
•Sending recorded documents to the client and the lender
•Preparing and building a manifest for document storage
•Participates in learning and development activities to expand knowledge base
•Supports the OSN Markets as applicable
•Other related duties as assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS
•BA/BS from an accredited institution preferred
•Experience working in a high-touch customer service environment
•Experience in the closing/legal industry reviewing a variety of real estate documents
•Ability to Accommodate the hours of 10am-6pm, Monday through Friday
