Director of Strategic Partnerships

Who We Are 

PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers. 

What You’ll Do

The Director of Strategic Partnerships spearheads and oversees the efforts to develop and nurture partnership programs (both ecosystem partnerships and business relationship partnerships) to enable business growth and revenue growth. 

 

In this role, you will:

  • Drive strategy and business growth for PCMI by working with the extended ecosystem of strategic partners. 
  • Lead strategic partnerships globally for all of PCMI. 
  • Establish relationships with key executives and other decision makers. 
  • Evaluate contracts and negotiate agreements to the benefit of PCMI. 
  • Analyze revenue patterns and create strategies for adoption. Adhere to revenue generation goals and initiatives.  
  • Develop, enable, and monetize an expanding ecosystem of strategic partners including key integration partners (e.g  vehicle inspection, parts ordering,) and referral partners  (e.g. industry intermediaries legal, accounting, actuarial, insurance brokerage, consulting, and asset management firms), customers and traditional/non-traditional 3rd parties. 
  • Drive customer and revenue growth via joint go-to-market programs and co-creation of services with strategic partners. 
  • Prospect and develop new partnerships, including researching, identifying, and vetting prospects, managing communications and alliance agreement negotiations with prospective partners. 
  • Lead new business creation through partnership innovation. 
  • Draft RFPs and lead the partner evaluation efforts. 
  • Accelerate growth and customer benefit with our partnership community through partnership operational excellence in PCMI initiatives. 
  • Create economic incentive programs tailored to each potential partner and negotiate a formalized relationship strategy or roadmap with clear roles/responsibilities, terms/conditions, and compliance/liability restrictions. 
  • Maintain Partner Relationship Management database and operational scorecards for partner health and economic value add to PCMI. 
  • Build effective collaboration across all functional areas including sales, marketing, product, and DevOps/Implementation teams. 
  • Oversee co-marketing campaigns, including the production of collateral, webinars, and events. 
  • Be accountable for sourced and influenced revenue, partner success KPIs, and retention and integration adoption. 
  • Develop, monitor and adjust the strategy, ideal partner profiles and practices to continuously improve results. 
  • Collaborate with management team to identify and nurture other strategic partnership or product opportunities with key technology 3rd parties where PCMI may be able to share in revenue. 
  • Participate in efforts on strategic planning with regular board meetings and annual budgeting. 
  • Assist in other key areas of the organization, including Customer Success, Product Development, and Dealer Services. 

 

What You’ll Need to Join Our Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience. 
  • Minimum of 7+ years of work experience managing strategic B2B enterprise relationships. 
  • At least 5 years of F&I industry experience. 
  • Demonstrated track record of cultivating partner relationships and driving commercial growth. 
  • Experienced in complex contract negotiations. 
  • Experience creating operational structure/scorecards to manage partner programs. 
  • Extensive experience interfacing with vendors and clients. 
  • 7+ years of large-scale strategic partnership experience in software/SaaS organizations, including innovative growth partnerships, go-to-market strategies, and co-creation of experiences with strategic partners. 
  • Demonstrated strength managing a large-scale, strategic partnerships organization with the ability to scale, including across multiple geographies. 
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful, innovative partner strategies that translate into new customer acquisition and revenue growth. 
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate with key enterprise partners to accelerate growth and customer benefit with our partnership community. 
  • Ability to travel to client meetings; approximately 10-25%
