What you'll do
- As a Physical Therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy, you will:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and strength/conditioning.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
- Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in community wellness initiatives, patient education, and outreach programs.
- Collaborate closely with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff.
Qualifications
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure
- DPT, MPT, MSPT, or equivalent physical therapy degree
- Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, post-surgical rehab, manual therapy, balance training, fall prevention, and strength-based care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-centered approach and passion for helping people improve their health and quality of life
