Position Overview:

Pistola is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to serve as a key cross-functional leader within the marketing organization. Reporting to the Fractional Head of Marketing, this individual will play a critical role in translating brand strategy into actionable marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.


This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate has experience working in-house at a fashion, apparel, beauty, or lifestyle brand and understands how to connect product, creative, social, wholesale, and performance marketing efforts into a cohesive brand story.


The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will act as a central hub across departments, ensuring brand initiatives are thoughtfully planned, communicated, and executed across all owned, earned, and paid channels.

What You’ll Do:
  • Partner closely with the Fractional Head of Marketing to develop and execute seasonal and annual brand marketing initiatives.
  • Translate overarching brand strategy into actionable 360-degree marketing plans.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling across all customer-facing channels.
  • Support the development of key brand narratives, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and cultural moments.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Design, Merchandising, Creative, E-commerce, Wholesale, Social, PR, and Performance Marketing teams.
  • Manage marketing calendars and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and drive accountability against key milestones and deliverables.
  • Manage both up and down across the organization, helping teams stay aligned and focused on shared objectives.
  • Lead execution of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through launch.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for seasonal collections, key product launches, collaborations, and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure campaign messaging is effectively translated across email, social, influencer, PR, paid media, retail, and wholesale channels.
  • Partner with creative teams to ensure assets are developed to support all channel needs.
  • Support Director of Creative Operations and Fractional Head of Marketing in photoshoot production and execution.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving social media and influencer landscape.
  • Collaborate with Social Media Manage and Affiliate / Influencer consultants to ensure content supports broader brand objectives.
  • Contribute to brand messaging frameworks, campaign briefs, copy direction, and storytelling.
  • Identify opportunities to amplify brand awareness and engagement through relevant cultural, social, and industry trends.
  • Partner with wholesale accounts and internal sales teams to support key retail initiatives.
  • Develop marketing support materials, launch plans, and storytelling tools for wholesale partners.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all retail and wholesale touchpoints.
  • Work closely with E-commerce and Performance Marketing teams to ensure performance and brand campaigns are clearly communicating brand and product messages.
  • Partner with E-commerce team to identify opportunities for brand storytelling and site enhancements.
  • Track and report on brand and campaign KPIs, as it relates to business objectives.
  • Own post-campaign recaps, delivering clear analysis, learnings, and go forward optimizations.
  • Stay current on the competitive space and industry trends.


Who You Are:
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably within fashion, apparel, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing, consumer behavior, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media, influencer marketing, content strategy, and digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, sales, and e-commerce teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
