The Opportunity

The Clinical Operations Manager oversees and optimizes the organization's clinical operations services. This includes reviewing treatment plans, collaborating with the Utilization Management team for timely reauthorizations, and ensuring the highest quality of care.


What You'll do

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary clinical team of Caseworkers and Outpatient Therapists.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to improve care and service delivery.
  • Conduct monthly clinical supervision for staff members who require it for licensure.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new and innovative clinical services.
  • Partner to develop, implement, and continuously improve orientation and training programs for clinical staff.


Who You Are

  • Must be a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA).
  • Bachelor’s in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience with 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
  • Knowledge of EHR Systems.
  • Experience in behavioral health or multi-disciplinary care settings, preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is ($110,500-$120,000), with potential bonus eligibility.  Salary offers are based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they relate to the position's requirements, the position's budget, and the cost of labor in the market where the candidate will be hired.
