Employment Type: This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role, starting with an initial 3 month contract. After the initial 3 month contract period, the position may convert to a permanent position based on performance.
About the role:
Respondology is seeking a motivated and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us identify and connect with the next wave of amazing brands we can serve. This is a unique temp-to-perm (3 month initial contract) opportunity designed for someone looking to break into SaaS sales and grow alongside a fast-moving, mission-driven team.
In this role, you’ll learn the ropes of outbound outreach—including cold calling, email prospecting, and social outreach—while working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to generate qualified opportunities. No prior experience is necessary—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. If you’re excited about building relationships, learning fast, and working with a team that’s changing how brands protect their communities, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a hybrid position based in Boulder, CO, with team members in the office 2–3 days per week.
